| I am starting dahlias indoors. I bumped into one stem, about 8 inches tal, and it broke, but did not break off. It is below the first set of true leaves. Do I cut it off near the very first set of tiny leaves? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks! |

| I would cut it down to within about an inch of the tuber, and let it re-grow. |
