I put this dahlia (Mystery Day) in the ground about a week ago, and noticed these spots on a couple of the leaves today. It looks like two or three of the bottom leaves have these brown spots on them-the new growth doesn't seem to be affected. The weather here has been very cool and wet this spring. Do you think this is some kind of fungus? If so what should I do to treat it? Also, will this spread to my other dahlias next to this plant?

Hard to say Oliver. How do the leaves look at this point? They look pretty healthy to me.

Poochella-I do believe it is a fungus of some sort. It seems to have progressed on to other leaves and the spots have become larger and more brown in color. I got a fungicide and have sprayed them, so hopefully it will stop spreading. Now if only the sun would come out perhaps they would really start growing! This weather we have been having seems to have stunted them a bit.
