do seed dahlias come true from tubers?

I planted lots of seed dahlias this year as fillers and some have grown into wonderful plants. My question is, if I keep the tubers over winter, will the resulting plants next year be the same as this year? I know that seed won't come true, but perhaps the tubers will?

Yes, the flowers from the tubers will be the same as this year's flowers. When I grow from seed, I only keep the tubers from my favorite blooms.
