| Hey misslucinda:
I'm giving a dahlia talk complete with a powerpoint presentation on Wed 9-19 to the Taconic Gardeners Club in Chappaqua at 8:00 P.M.......also giving one to the Dobbs Ferry GC on Oct 4 as well as one at The John Jay Homestead on Oct 9. You're welcome to attend one of these if you'd like. Let me know. Also, I'm giving a tuber lifting, dividing and storing class on Oct 29 in Hartsdale. I'm looking for some experienced dahlia growers to critique my presentation. Dahliaboy |

| Hi Dahliaboy-- Absolutely. I've got a garden club committment tomorrow but the John Jay homestead is very near me and I would love to attend--assuming it is in the afternoon or evening. Just give me the details and I will be there. As to Hartsdale, I'll have to let you know. I look forward to meeting you. |

| misslucinda: The John Jay Homestead talk on Oct 9 is at 9:30 AM. I needed to make it early because Ms. Dahliaboy and I are off to Venice, Italy to start a 2 week cruise that evening. Hopefully you can make it. DB |

| Well, two weeks cruising around Italy is not too shabby! Can't make John Jay at 9:30 am but am willing to truck on over to Dobbs Ferry with a gardening gal pal for your talk on the 4th. Just let me know where and at what time. BTW John Jay is less than a half-mile from Martha's place in Katonah. As you will be in a touring mood, it's well worth a drive-by. Regards to Ms. Dahliaboy, ML |

| Sounds good......The Dobbs Ferry talk is at 12:30 PM I believe. I'll check on that to be sure and will also advise you of the venue... I have been by Martha's house several times, was first by there when she was under house arrest. It was funny to see all the reporters camped out in front! DB |
