| I was at the florist today making a delivery and noticed she had the most beautiful purple dahlia I have ever seen. I need to identify it so I can purchase my own. I have searched my normal dahlia bulb companies on the web but can't find it. The dahlia's bloom is about 5"; waterlily type; color is a real deep purple like Thomas Edison, maybe more of a blue purple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| Sounds wonderful! All I can think of are Lauren Michelle and Blue Bell but both of those have dark undersides and lighter lavender/bluish topsides to petals. Let us know if you find a name. |
