| Dahlia Boy, I hope you don't mind that I've posted your photos directly below. I don't know why they didn't show up in your message. However, if they don't show up in your preview, they won't show up on the forum. I hope I pasted them in the right order. I'm envious of your plants; mine have only just started to form buds...and we've already had our first light frost. I doubt I'll see any flowers in my garden this year. Sigh. Your flowers are beautiful. I especially love the ones in the close-up photos.

| The first Dahlia is Gloriosa, it's a B varigated yellow/red. The second is Santa Claus, it's a BB red/white and the large white one next to my wife is Walter Hardisty. It's a AA and can get up to 14 inches across. Dahlia Boy |

| Dahliaboy, what are those white stakes you use? Metal or PVC? Other? How do they hold up to a heavy plant like Spartacus? And who is to the left of Spartacus? Very nice blooms there! |
