| which ones are known for producing alot of tubers? I know feeding and ideal conditions help but are some just more productive in that sense? I am growing Wheels a second time and am hoping for a better harvest than two years ago. (different source too).
I also have Lula Patti, Inland Dynasty, Pennsgift and Honka. Honka is great, a real bloom machine! |

| I'm curious, why are you looking for good tuber producers? You planning on cooking up some Dahlia's yam style? If its more plants you want, have you considered taking cuttings in the spring? Cheers, |

| The better the tuber production, the more chance of not losing all of it in storage-- & the more tubers to trade or sell at tuber sales or markets in the spring. Also- if you're selling them as a business it's way easier to ship tubers than rooted cutings & all that entails with soil attached. |
