| Today I was at Lowes and saw the most beautiful yellow dahlias. The plants were $9.98 each. After reading I find out that Dahlias do not tolerate the cold and when planting you plant in the Spring. Is this information correct? If this is indeed correct then why are they selling them in the middle of September? Please forgive my ignorance, I'm learning here. I just thought oh wouldn't these be nice in my garden. |

| You can winter them over as pot tubers & divide & plant them out in the spring-- then you'll have more-- all for the price of one pot this fall! |
