| This is my first year planting dahlias, period. Mommy often complains that daddy is spending way too much time caring for his dahlia darlings than the sweet ones inside the house... It was last Sunday. Morning, to be precise. Daddy is busy deadheading spent flowers, cutting off few flowers that came down in last night's rain, and enjoying the blooms. Suddenly a drizzle came. Out of nowhere, daddy's 3 year old suddenly appeared.... She picked up a flower, held it above her head and said, "daddy, look, I got a new anbrella...!" |

| Someone knows how to get daddy's attention :) Very sweet. Pretty flower, too! Looks like the Dahlia's are very happy there in the background. |
