| We have to keep doing this so we can get through the winter. I hope I don't bore you with the pictures. I love yours. |

| Thanks everyone I do not know if a table would be the place for that bouquet. If you have a heavy duty dinning table it would be good. The vase holds a lot of water and it is heavy. I only have one vase bigger and I have never filled that one for fear I could not lift it out of the sink. PDSHOP I love seeing others pictures no boredom here. The bouquet was too big for my house so I gave it to my neighbor. She has a counter that is always clean. I put it there , knowing that is where it will be till they ask me to pick up the vase. |

| ooh la. I wish I was your neighbor! I'll have to really get my soil and my topping and my slug bait and my sunlight right for next year so I can do my own fabulous bouquets! |

| dahlia_newbie, I will start one just for you. When can I expect you to move to Long Island? Bring a coat it is a little bit cooler up here. triple b I have smaller vases so you will not be left out. I will just have to give you more. |

| Oooh...I definitely cannot handle your temps! I have never shoveled snow, and the last time I saw a blizzard, I got pneumonia after getting locked out of my aunt's house for three hours! It's worth considering though, since the dahlias do so well there! Here is my "bouquet" for the week...A single bloom does not a bouquet make, but it's all I have! And sadly, the weather's perfect for Dahlias right now - warm days, cool nights. Hoping that some of the survivors will bloom again before Thanksgiving.
How embarrasing. I don't even know the name. |

| In May I was thrilled to get a bouquet like that. |
