This year's tuber harvest. I only grew four and one at my parents' in Armstrong but they each have at few decent tubers, provided I don't butcher them too badly when I divide or get a bad case of winter rotting.
Certainly better than what I had from Art's a couple years ago. Wheels got dug up at my parents' and Dad said it had about 4-5 good tubers on it. When I grew the one from Art's I got one or two and they rotted later. Better tubers, better soil, better all around conditions, who knows? I have Honka, Inland Dynasty, Pennsgift and Lula Patti. |
