Any avid dahlia growers in Austin?

Hi all,

My dahlia growing season in Virginia is over and I'm now visiting my brother in Austin, TX. I was just wondering if there are any avid dahlia growers here in Austin that I might visit while I'm here. It's plenty warm here so I assume your season is still going. Also I'd be happy for any other gardens you think I should visit. I'm aware of Zilker Botanical gardens already.

Thanks,
Steve

I didn't find anyone dahlia lovers to visit. :( I talked to one cut flower grower who said the climate doesn't really suit them. Too hot and dry much of the time.
