Although the dahlias have been dug up and put in storage a few weeks ago, I have just downloaded this picture from my camera, of the last little bouquet, with Bandito.

An inviting scene Anna. I really like all your containers, the cat, and the last of the dahlias. I just cut what I think will be the last couple vasesful today, along with some late gladioli. Blooms are much smaller, a bit faded, but still pretty.

What is the lovely bi-color facing us in your bouquet?

Poochella - thanks! The bi-color is Caribbean Fantasy (at the end of the season, the yellow didn't show up much - here is a better picture:

Oh dear, that darn 'Caribbean Fantasy' name keeps coming up when I inquire about an appealing dahlia. May have to add one to the "want list." If I remember right, that is one that can vary in color quite a bit from bloom to bloom. Did you find that to be true?

Yes indeed it varies - I found that some blooms had a lot of yellow, while others hardly any, but all lovely.
