Hi Nancy, you have to host the pictures on a website like Photobucket. Once the picture is there you can either put the link in the optional link field below or insert it into your text using HTML code. I can't seem to include the code as text so you can read it.

If you use photobucket, they have a line that is called Tag. If you copy that line (do you know how to cut and paste?, I'm not being mean, I had to talk my dad through it long distance via cell phone until he could do it).

After the line is copied, it can be pasted into the message box. It will look like this
(img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y192/hendrick1808/P1000717.jpg"; border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting")(/a)

but instead of the parentheses, you will have the sideways carrots
