Molly, I am not sure I understand the question/problem, so if my answer is trite, I apologize in advance.

You are correct that the time is PST. That is stated near the top and just below the bid amount. Time is also expressed in the 24 hour ("military time") format. Mike Longo is the person who started and as far as I know, owns the Lily Auction. I believe he lived in California at the time, which might be the reason for the PST. BTW, he now lives in Hawaii.

Thanks Royce. They use the military ? I tried that. For example if it says 19:46 I deduct 12 and get 7:46 but when I check back at that time it will say 3 hrs to go! That's what I meant when I said it appeared to be PST but even that way it doesn't make any sense. I finally just began adding 3 hrs to whatever it looked like it should be.

Molly, a question for you and I really don't know the answer. If one lives on the east coast and the "military time" is 2200 (10:00 P.M. EST), what would be the "military time" on the west coast (7:00 P.M. PST)? I thought the military time would also vary by time zones, i.e., it would be 1900 military time on the west coast.

As an example, I just looked at an auction that ends at 19:53. At that time it was 1900 PST and the time left was 53 minutes. At the time I looked at the auction it was 10:00 PM Eastern time, but would only be 7:00 P.M. Pacific time. So, I agree that you would have to add 3 hours to get the ending time into Eastern time of 2253.

I setteld at the 3 hrs+ whatever the military calculation said it should be.
I'm done with them for this month though since I dropped a small bundle there. Out of 7 items I bid on I got 5. Way more than I thought I would.
