Please Help!

I've recently found myself becoming a Daylily enthusiast and have added ~ 300 daylilies to my garden. About four years ago we put in a pool where the former owners had a small garden. Last week I noticed an orange daylily peeking though the fence slats where the original garden dirt had been moved. At first glance I thought it was probably one of the orange native daylilies that seem to be everywhere here in Virginia. But when I took a close up look at it I was really surprised. It has three layers of petals with a rose/red chevron mark. Can anyone identify this flower? I'd like to move it into my "official" daylily garden and give it a name.

Don't put it in any beds where you don't want an invasion. Hemerocallis fulva Kwanso is a double form of Hemerocallis fulva, the native dl you are speaking about growing wild in your area. While beautiful, they can be invasive too.
