    Here's some of my favorite C's. I didn't post my 2 most favorite C's because Chance Encounter is posted above, and in the late fall I posted Carman Renee as an awesome late bloomer and it got lots of views.
    Nancy, I really like the first 2 you posted!

    How nice to see all these. Cantique is putting on quite the show, and Carolyn Lorraine is a nice color. Calico Jack is one of my favorite combinations - yellow/maroon, and Caribbean Eye Spy is a lovely soft color. I hope for more to come........Maryl

    This is one of my favorite "C" daylilies. It is rather short, but that makes it a great one for the front of the border.!

    Teresa,
    Love your Crossfire Hurricane. Some of the toothy ones seem a little overdone to me, this one still has a little daylily simplicity. I think it is going on my list! I wonder how long my list will be by the time we finish this thread ðÂÂÂ

    I like it too Marlorena. I like them all, new or old. It looks similar to a NOID that I have. When we go to ID's I may post mine then.

    I love the Cs. I have more favorites in C as most others. Love all these beauties. Clown Parade is a magnificent daylily! I do love it and it re-bloomed, finally.

    {{gwi:2123911}}

    A new one that I was on the wait list to get and finally got it and it bloomed...not as beautifully as the time it won seedling of the year for the hybriders, but a very promising start, (and no, thnk goodness, that wasn't rust on the leaf) Cat Ballou:

    {{gwi:2123912}}

    Crown of Enchantment is especially beautiful when a clump is blooming, but the individual blooms are lovely:

    {{gwi:2123913}}

    Carolina Sugar Daddy is a white that I really like. It is an excellent bloomer and a reliable re-bloomer for me:

    {{gwi:2123914}}

    Cosmic Kaleidescope just delight me when it blooms, and it is another re-bloomer for me:

    {{gwi:2123915}}

    Then, as Cindy said, there is Citrix reliable, fine bloomer, re-blooms for me, and very reasonable price now.

    {{gwi:2123916}}

    I won't duplicate Carnival in Brazil, or Cast Your Crown, and I will try to stop inundating you with photos, but you know how I am...I love seeing them now that we are in winter and dreary.

    Well, Citrix didn't like my climate that's for sure. It had a lot going for it; grew and increased well and was winter hardy, but the blooms were limp noodles past noon in our heat. It was an instance of a daylily being colorfast but not sunfast. It was a beauty however, and if your climate suites it you are very lucky indeed......I always find Clown Parade striking and like the colors on Cat Balou. The pattern on the throat of Catcher in the Eye (cute name) is really neat.....Maryl

    Maryl-
    Citrix probably wouldn't do very well here then. We have solid weeks where it gets as high as 47C and my garden is in full sun for about 10 hours a day.

    Has anyone got, or heard of, Parrot Jungle? It's on my wishlist but I want to do some investigating before I get too excited. Does it cope ok in heat or do better in part shade? Also, what is it like for performance?

    There is a daily called Charlie. Check it out on American Hemerocalis Society website. Your picture to me, is not a color match to the picture on the website. It also says this variety is not available for 2015. Please check it out for yourself. Possibly someone more knowledgeable here will help

    I checked with the ATP database and it looks like it may be. Most of the pictures show Charlie has a green throat but there a few pics that don't have it. Daylilies can vary in color with the different soils, growing conditions that they are grown in. I use the ATP database because you can see pictures of the same daylily grown in different conditions. marg

    Taking pics with the sun shining through is such a pain .I find some yellow daylilies are so difficult to capture . I really need to get an umbrella but then trying to balance an umbrella , camera and keeping records of which daylily is which is a daunting task.

    Another blurry image (sorry)
