Depends on your growing conditions, mine are in the basement on a stand made, the heat mats I use are around 70 degrees or so, it makes all the difference in the world for mine .

I used a grow mat for the first time this year, and what a difference! My seeds germinated in about 1-2 weeks instead of 3-4. The babies are looking very robust. I plan on buying a few more.
