Very pretty, Kay.The only blooms I have is 2 purple verbena blooms.My hanging basket with purple verbenas is starting to bloom again,after looking dead all winter. all my flowers are way behind.I had daylilies starting to bloom april 2nd last year.so far this year I have not even seen a scape.JUST WEEDS. I think this is going to be the year of the weeds.I have never seen this many weeds before in none of my beds.haven't seen this type of weeds either... but this time last year I had pulled up every weed and was putting mulch down.This year, the body wont cooperate with me..

My TB Iris are growing but I lost a couple that I planted last year. Hopefully I get some bloom this year.

This is a closeup of a blue(?) toned iris. This is a big flower. I know at one time we had an iris named Victoria Falls that would have been about this color, but I can't say for sure if this is it.

Here is Victorian Falls with the pink Vanity. I would like to see more pictures of For Lovers Only, as I was considering getting that one.

So nice to see any and all blooms rain beaten or not. I have a few FFE iris blooming daily.

I used to have a lot of irises but everytime we have a wet Spring, they rot. I gave up on it. Now I love Siberian Iris. They don't rot. Yet.

All of the Iris are beautiful.
I've had different ones over the years that didn't survive.
I only have two old NOID's now. This one has a grape soda fragrance.

Purple Iris are always my favorite, but I love the color of Lady Friend. It's just beautiful.

I loved looking at all these early iris pictures. I only have one German iris cultivar and one Siberian iris, both of which bloom in May each year. Batik really catches my eye. I may have to add that one. And I'd love to add to a white one. Any suggestions?

Loving the photos everyone has posted so far.

Debra: I got 5 whites last fall from Schreiners based on recommendations from a forum on ATP: Laced Cotton, Nordica, Skating Party and Winterfest and they sent me Mr Moonlight as a gift. I always love a frilly white mixed in with the colors.

Well, I like Skating Party really well. If I was getting only one, that would be my choice. Debra, My Batik has always streaked like this, but I remember someone, maybe Nancy, saying her's streaked only the first year or two.

I am enjoying all the iris blooms. It is way too early for iris here as mine have just grown out their nice new green leaves after winter.

Here is the iris bed that I made from those iris I moved out of Tower Sqare last August. You can see nothing is going on. Too early!
