Julia, this my set up. I went to the dollar store and bought those cups, drilled a small hole in the bottom of each cup. Before I put them in the waterbath, I pre germinated the seeds using Pro Mix. Once they were up I placed the cups in the tubs and watered each cup thoroughly. Then I added more water to the tubs, about 1". I had to top off the water every few days and I added fertilizer every other week. The key is to never let your plants dry out. The lights we are using are on a chain so we can raise them when needed. This set up is on a smaller table. For next year we are going to set up the larger table behind it. Marg
