They're pretty tough. They probably will, and will do bettr than if they had repeat freeze warm and beautiful, freeze, warm....

One good thing, you shouldn't have any rust problems.

Well tonite should be the last of the big freezes, but I guess I thought that 3 weeks ago. I took a pic this morning of our 3" of snow we got last nite. It was melted by noon. I have never had a rust problem.

I have the same problem here. Daylilies start looking nice and green then a freeze hits. The foliage will look like crap for a while some may even be brittle and snap off. But they will survive. It will just take a while til they start looking good again.

Almost every year except this one, mine come up and get frosted, even ditch lily which looks awful when it freezes; but they do come back---they look awful though and I think the bloom may be a bit off especially if the buds are up. Last year my Lemon Lily was mush----buds froze, this year---nothing frozen at all. Now I wait for Spring sickness---------------------------Weedy
