| No blue clumps today, so I'll start out with red, white and blue purple.
ALL AMERICAN CHIEF
WINTER TREASURE octoclump
APPLIQUE - Someone requested a clump shot. Here it is. The flowers are so large, the blooms cover each other up a bit.
FORSYTH FROSTBOUND foursome
EXTRA TERRESTRIAL trio
HEARTS AND LACE
NUTMEG SPICE - I counted 21 blooms on this clump today.
STEALTH BOMBER is showing a bit of spotting from the thrips, but the color is irridescent.
MOKAN BUTTERFLY
STAR OF INDIA

| Oh my Debra. You have outdone even yourself with all these glorious pictures of these stunning blooms. I HAVE to pick NUTMEG SPICE as my favorite as I just love the coloring it has. And all those blooms in that clump. Just fantastic. I also like HEARTS AND LACE and STEALTH BOMBER. Just so very pretty. |

| Wonderful pictures - but especially 'Winter Treasure' which looks REALLY attractive *drool*. Is it really that white? (I also have a liking for near-white daylilies.) |

| What a marvelous picture of All American Chief. It just radiates. Mokan Butterfly appeals to me too, but I think I have to go with your shot of Winter Treasure as my favorite. You really do the most enabling photography. Stop it! I don't have any more room....LOL...Maryl |

| I agree with Maryl that AAC radiates. I was going to choose Stealth Bomber as my favorite of all these gorgeous clumps but who could take their eyes off the Chief? |

| Whoa! Those are some wonderful photos, I love clump shots, those are just stunners. I love Applique, and Nutmeg spice has such a unique color. Stealth Bomber is beautiful too. I'll try to stop with those. Thanks for posting these, real eye candy! I must have gained 30 pounds :) |

Just Super!! I just love seeing the bouquets!! I can't get over how many blooms you have on Nutmeg Spice. Cindy |
RE: Memorial Day clumps and groups (photos)

| You must be getting near peak bloom too with all those multiple bloom shots. NUTMEG SPICE looks just like a clump of happy faces. Very nice. Julia |

| Remontant - You can't go wrong with Winter Treasure. Here is has great branching and bud count and will be giving me instant rebloom. It multiplies well and has lovely foliage too. Ngraham - Very funny about the eye candy and weight gain. LOL Cindy - I couldn't believe I had that many blooms on Nutmeg Spice either. It regularly pumps out a dozen or so, but this was really taking it up a notch. Julia - The extra earlies and early to mid bloomers are peaking. But most of my mid bloomers haven't started yet. I think I'll have two peaks this year. One in the next few days, and another when the mids and lates are blooming. Debra |

OK all are stunning and if I try real hard I might be able to pick a favorite and that would be Nutmeg Spice I really like the color and it's small bloom size. Linda |

| Wonderful photos, and a great group of daylilies. I salivated over the pics of Winter Treasure and Stealth Bomber. Hopefully I'll see from blooms from SB this year. |

Wow! Hard to pick a favorite, but I'm going with STEALTH BOMBER because I don't have anything like it in my garden. The pleated and pinched daylilies are growing on me. Kathy |

Debra, I really like ALL AMERICAN CHIEF this time. The red is so clear, no mud there. Also my "other" fav is STAR OF INDIA. love it!! Ellie |

| Linda - Thanks for your comments! I've gotten rid of a lot of small and miniature daylilies, but Nutmeg Spice will always have a place in my garden because of its unique colors and prolific bloom habits. Chris - I hope to see pics of your Stealth Bomber blooming this summer. Kathy - Some of the pinched/pleated ones are better than others. Stealth Bomber's color is what makes it a winner. The pleated petals are just an enhancement. Ellie - The chief always has nice color, and I noticed its blooms really held despite temps in the 90s and afternoon thundershower. Debra |

I always know that when you post we are going to see some fabulous pictures, but with all these clumps I'm really blown away. I like every one of them, but I absolutely must get Winter Treasure. Love the near whites and it is gorgeous. Val |
