The purple eyed seedling is improving. I see more of an edge on it today. Professor Paul is a very neat bicolor. It has three of my favorite things, ruffles, pink, and two colors!
But I think the red is the best one with it's true red color, round ruffled shape, and narrow red edge. That's one to keep and eye on, for sure! Great seedlings!

Oh I like that Professor Paul. Looks like it has alot of substance and the star effect along with the corduroy texture is right up my alley. The red one is sure a cheery looking fella. Very nice indeed.......Maryl

Debra, I noticed the improved edge but it has a ways to go. She does look better though. When I did the dip ( pro
paul) I was just fooling around to see if I could. There's a
very large clump living in Florida at my sisters. I was impressed with the red. it's so hard to get a red that isn't muddy and this one is so clear. The picture doesn't do it justice.

Maryl, Pro Paul has a very slight eye that doesn't show up in the photo. I like the form and substance of it.

The red is my pick of these Avedon. Nice height and bloom size for a first timer.

Deangreen, I wish I knew the pollen parent so I could judge it better. You can see the form of Golden Scroll there.
