wow, what hope and promise of blooms with all that rain! soon you'll have daylilies busting out all over like those roses. :)

I am sure hoping for an excellent bloom season. There are scapes everywhere.

LUCKY YOU with that rain. course, you might be thinking enough of it, but sure wish we woud get a lot of rain for a little while. Our summera are usually always dry and hot.I been watering every day for seems like weeks,and I still have daylilies with dead leaves every where.One year I remember we had rain almost every evening during the summer, but been a long time ago/The ground is like cement here now.I do see what looks to be some red daylilies amoung them green leaves.The roses are gorgeous.

Jean, those are red lilies in there between the daylilies. Nothing (no daylily) up there is blooming yet.

I'm sure everybody on the Forum can hardly wait for your daylily season to get in full swing. In the meantime, love to see all that green, lush foliage, and those beautiful roses. Avedon

Your daylilies will be busting out all over soon now, but you have those beautiful roses for now. My mother would have swooned over the red roses, her favorite. We've had a fairly wet spring, but apparently it is at an end now, we could use a bit of rain now, but certainly not at a hardship yet. I haven't had to water, but then I don't water unless it becomes necessary.
