weird formations

Our weather here in the northeast was awful this past winter with freezes and thaws repeated several times and a late freeze in April. Some of my DL's are coming up with distorted foliage. And only now is my Stella shooting up scapes. Anyone one else have these problems? Can't post photo right now, camera battery is not charged.

I think it would have been expected to get deformed foliage considering all that nasty weather. Poor plants couldn't determine should they wait or go. :)

It was hard on plants everywhere, I think.
