Kokomo Sunset Daylily

Here is a picture of my Kokomo Sunset Daylily. I do not believe it is registered with AHS, but it is a beauty. It has large blooms and is long lasting.
As a side note, I also have daylily that seems to have brown spots on the base of the fan. Does anyone know what this could be? I am hoping it is not rust. If it is, what is the best fungicide to treat it? All suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
