Seed Question

I just harvested my first seed pod today. The pod is green but popping open - the seeds are black and fat. My question is, do I let them air dry a few days or put them in the fridge in a plastic bag without air drying, or can I start soaking them now? Thanks.....

You can soak them now , only need to dry if your storing them.

Let them dry for four days, and then you can plant them. In fact, the quicker they are planted, the higher the germination rate. Normally, once they have opened up, they are mature. I use the little Dixie cups to dry them and write cross and the date of harvest on them with a Sharpie.
