Nancy, my photo just don't do this daylily bloom justice. when you look at this big bloom, it looks as tho there is a light behind that throat, that you don't see in the photos,and no, the sun was NOT shining on itI took these pictures at 6;45 this morning, no sun up yet.I love that daylily.not as much as wonder of it all, but,i do like this one a lot.Thank you RITA, and Kay and Val and JULIA. for looking at them and commenting.

Lovely Miss Laucis is definitely Lovely! That one is my favorite of these. I don't think I've ever seen that one before but I love it.

Jean, I have never heard of Lovely Miss Laucius so I looked it up on the AHS Database, and I see it is a Paul Owen hybrid. I love his DLS, but usually can't afford them, waiting for the prices to come down---LOL. This is a beauty and so is Esthetic Ballet. Beautiful Edgings is alway a top pick, and Pearlfisher PInk is very fetching. Scarlet Orb is a wonderful red. Great Pictures!! Avedon
