An oldie but a goldie

Mary's Gold is currently reblooming for us, and has been a standout since it began to bloom at the end of April.

I like patterned and multi-color blossoms, but sometimes the selfs simply stand out much better.

Mary's Gold is a wonderful daylily, isn't it? Mine has just gotten started, but is covered in blooms.

Some of the brighter selfs simply seem almost glow as they stand out across the garden, and more power to them.

I love MARY'S GOLD. I seem to have more selfs, and polychromes, than I do eyed daylilies, but I always look forward to that one.

That one is a gorgeous self. And you need them to have variety even if you love eyes.
