Bob, this reminds me very much of the old double daylily "Kwanso", but there are people on the Forum who know way more than I do, so hope somebody else can give an opinion. These daylilies do multiply very well, so that may be the reason you have so many. We have a bunch of "Kwansos" and we have to dig them out periodically, but they are the only ones that can take the extreme heat in one of our southside planting beds. Avedon
