Hi,
I am hoping to id a couple daylilies that where given to me. The white one is smaller, points downward, and smells wonderful like an Easter lily.

The Peach/Orange one is a nice size, very pretty.

Any help would sure be appreciated!

The first is not daylily but Acidanthera, a gladiolus relative.

Here is a link that might be useful: Acidanthera bicolor murielae

Carol,
A belated thank you to you. For some reason I couldn't find this post...thought it was deleted...until today when I was looking for something else.. Go figure.

Again, I appreciate your help! Daylilies are a favorite of mine, it's November and I have a variety blooming! I can't wait to add to my collection. They make me smile!ha

I wonder if the 2nd photo is Wisest of Wizards

There is is!

I have looked at a thousand varieties so far! Maybe my question should have been 'what are your favorite databases to help me identify the unknown'.

I was given buckets of unknowns from a contractor friend who was doing cleanup after some tornados came threw the area a couple years back. They moved dirt and debre from the areas to start the rebuilding, and bulb flowers started showing up in the piles at their dump site. Sure I could use them says I. I've had some fun surprises this Summer to say the least...along with plenty of orange ditch lilies!

Thanks again!

I'm wondering if that second photo is "Delicate Beads" ? I got that as a bonus from Bob Selman from Blueridge Daylilies on Lily Auction, and this picture looks a lot like the picture I have in my file.
