I think this photo looks great! I personally like the flowers looking a bit darker. Do you normally take flower pictures with flash? I'm not sure if you are telling me about the flash to indicate it was not too dark, or if you wanted the flash to go off. My husband, who is a professional photgrapher, says your result has to do with using the telephoto lens and the landscape setting. To get less of a dark look, either don't zoom as much with the telephoto lens or use a manual setting.

Thanks Debra. I didn't want the flash to go off as it will make photos look off color so I try to keep it off when doing bloom shots. Sorry if I confused you on that.
I'll try doing some pics next time with manual setting.

gee,I Never use the flash outside, even in overcast skies..Sure glad I have aito, setting too,as I would never know how to take pictures manually.
