Nice season openers! Love the shot of Yellow Monkey. Is it later or usual for you for the to start in mid-July? Mine started on time just like last year.

Yellow is the best way to start off the season -- bright, cheerful and not to be overlooked. Fantastic photo of Yellow Monkey.

The season started a week later than usual. The camera is a Pentax DSLR with manual focus lenses.

Mystical Elf and Yukon Spring are pretty, but since yellow is my favorite daylily color it's hard to pass up on any of yours. Looking forward to more...Maryl
