How tall are the scapes? Possibly it isn't Frans Hal? Do you have a pic of what she planted? Just throwing some thoughts out.....

Here is a blowup of the plant. Scapes about 2 feet tall. Flowers are right color. This is a closeup-very sunny here today, hard to get a good pic. FYI those are cranesbill geranium flowers for comparison.

If your referring to the one plant to the front of the photo with the flowers open and a bud starting to open?
It doesn't appear to me to be FH. The bud and flower shape appears to be wrong.
