I have CERISE MASTERPIECE. Here is a pic from last year.
This year it is not doing so good as far as the blooms. My only thought is that perhaps your zone 4b may be a tad too cool for this one unless of course you have typically very warm summers.

My other suggestion is for you to search on Amber Spyglass and view as many photos as possible. I thought the blooms would be whiter in color based on the hybridizers photo however, it blooms an orangey/amber color as the registered description says. You may or may not like that color. I've attached a link to see a photo of what I've been told and seen it actually bloom like. Lambertson's also can be iffy in many gardens. I have several and got rid of 3. I was tired of worrying about them making it through the winter here.

Just my thoughts. I'm sure others may have other opinions.

Thanks for the info Julia. I am in Minnesota so we have hot and humid summers but also cold and snowy winters. I have been staying away from evergreen daylilies since I am not sure if they would make it through my winter but a mixture of semi-evergreen and dormant came back well from being planted in late fall last year. I am having fun taking pictures even though I only have a small number of blooms this year.
