Sunny Sunday Daylilies and a Dragon

It was a lovely Sunny Sunday in New England without too much humidity. I still have a few new daylilies to share. And in some cases I mean literally new this year.

Here's my new Real Wind with a little Dragon Fly

Lady Liz is a real winner - a nice yellow and white center and soft pink edges

Katherine June Wood is a little sad this year - only planted about a month ago and all the blooms looked like little torn rags - looking forward to next year.

Safron Glow - I love the ruffled edge

They are all very pretty, but the yellows appeal to me most today. I think Safron Glow is my favorite.

Wonderful pic of the dragonfly but the Blue Bird Hydrangea is so beautiful. I've not seen one like that.

The Blue Bird Hydrangea is my favorite. It blooms over about 8 weeks and looks great from a distance.

Great dragonfly shot, and Susan Weber is my pick of the daylilies, but I wanted to tell you that you did a wonderful job with the succulent in the planter. It is very pretty, and makes her look like she's wearing a hat all ready for the Derby.
