Peak bloom is over, things are slowly winding down, so I have time to post a few favorites from this season.

Born Too Late

Butterfly Cove (earlier blooms looked best)

Can't Believe My Eyes (perfect opener, brand new plant)

Carrot Cake (tiny, new plant--wow)

Cinderella Sue

Continental Holiday

Cow Bird (brand new tiny plant)

Creme de la Creme

You are so very lucky to be able to grow those blooms which have the big edges on them and have them open perfectly like CAN'T BELIEVE MY EYES. Wonderful pic.

I have to agree, Can't Believe My Eyes is a stunner! I love Carrot Cake too, so pretty with the vivid color.

What a stunning group. I agree with everyone else that Can't Believe My Eyes is a beauty and I really like Cowbird too.

Wow, all of them are beautiful! I like Cowbird the best of all, but Can't Believe My Eyes is definitely stunning.

I can get it to three favorites, but no fewer. Butterfly Cove, Carrot Cake and Can't Believe My Eyes. So very pretty. a lovely selection of blooms..

Thank you all! I just wanted to say that we have pretty cool nights and alot of daylilies do not open well at all. CBME is unusual in that it opens perfectly, every bloom, even on a new plant. If you like it, try it! It is a 10 daylily, IMHO!

Jean, hi again! I missed you and wondered how you are. I don't think the daylily folks would want me posting roses, so go over to the Rose Gallery to see my roses.

A very nice group of daylilies. Hard to narrow it down to just one so I won't. They are all winners. I was telling a friend of mine we don't seem to get too many California posters on this forum so glad to have you here...Maryl
