Mine has never looked that much like the picture on Karol's website. Not as pretty. Certainly not bad looking but still, not as pretty.

It's the eyezone I find most different. How does it bloom? Lots of bloom? I've never seen a clump shot from anyone's garden. Thanks again for answering!

I purchased it last year and was told that it takes a few ;years for it to become established and for the blooms to look like we want. It seems to be a good grower for me and is loaded with buds this year.

I agree with ttimhensley that Karol saiid it is slow to deliver blooms like hers. Mine is new, this is the first year, so I didn't expect a lot in light of Karol's comments. Here is another shot of it. It is beautiful.

Thanks for your replies. I've read that it's a slow performer, but it was released in 2005 right? I think six years should be enough time for someone to have a great clump from it.

So, how is everyone's WATW doing this year, now that yours have had a few years to settle in?

mine is doing great in its pot.and I dearly love this daylily, too.its now blooming on rebloom scapes.

Mine re-blooms also and it is a lovely daylily. I live in the area where it wasn't supposed to do as well, but I am quite happy with it. Here's a couple of shots of it in my garden.
