Why are my daylily leaves turning yellow?

Hi everyone. Many of my daylily leaves are turning yellow. Could it be from too much rain? I live in Southern Maryland, where we have been having almost daily showers for the last week or more. they are planted on a hill with very sandy loam soil so I would think they are getting good drainage. Could the rain be washing away nutrients? Should I fertilize them?
Thanks
