I know how you feel. I did 6 hours straight this weekend rearranging and mulching. Moved late bloomers to the front bed and others to the back. One clump was too heavy for me so I asked DH to carry it to the front for me. I think it was August Frost - blooming so well this year. Other lates I moved from back to front are Waves Become Wings, Techny Peach Lace, and I had to make room for new buys like Teachny Peace and Lullaby Baby. I had one clump with no place to move it to so I just shoved it between 2 others in the back - deal with it next year. I basically stopped trying to keep track of where they are since I've moved them. I'll know what they are when they bloom. I still need to plant Indian Ripple tomorrow - sitting in water now. I'm pretty tired and done this year. I also put in a brick border in the front to keep the grass/weeds out. What a job!

sounds like you have really been busy. Be careful with this heat out there, altho it has been a tiny bit cooler last 2 days here.but, the humidity is still high.I still can not stay out in it.I did go out right after a hard over night rain we had here about a week ago, and I dug up two of my dormants and got them in pots.Its all I was able to do.have not been able to do nothing since,other then drag my chair out there and water everythingThe ground has done got hard as a brick again, now.
