What does No.1 root size look like?

I was viewing some DL's and saw a seller list a DL as
No.1 root size. How big is that? Sorry, for the dumb question but have not seen listings like that before.

Usually daylily growers sell daylilies by number of fans - this sounds like descriptions wholesalers like Dutch Gardens or Brecks Bulbs use. (I bought a daylily from Dutch Gardens once at it was totally wrong - I think they'd had a problem with their tissue culture that year and all of their Blueberry Sundaes turned out to be the wrong plant.)

Well, I didn't get a response so either they think I'm an idiot or they realized they may have placed the ad wrong on their website.
I found another seller who did advertise in my language of "fans".
