Need professional help! (no, really) :oP

I have GOT to throw out a ton of seedlings next year! I get rid of the dirties when they blossom on the second or third blossom to make sure that they are indeed dirty. Do you think I should throw the ones that haven't bloomed by the end of next fall (would be the end of 3 years)? If they haven't bloomed yet, I wouldn't think they'd be worth keeping, right? And what about "standard" ones? Only worth keeping if they are incredibly branched and budded since it's been done (unless I don't own one like that). I just don't want to make any more beds for seeds (well I do, but I don't want to take up anymore room). I can't plant the new crosses until I get rid of a ton this next year.

Anyone have any great suggestions on how they manage their seedlings? Or how to say goodbye when they aren't going to cut it?
