Daylily Dry Storage Time

I dug out some small flowered daylily plants and divided them. I gave some to friends and still had some left-over which I stored in my garage in plastic bags.

That was about 4 weeks ago. Now I want to plant them again. Are they still good?

The plants in the bags look dry, no mold or rot. I bent some of the large roots and the root are still crispy and white inside. But no new white new roots and no green leaves. I just soaked them in water for a few minutes and hope they look better tomorrow. Maybe I'll have time to plant some.
