New Daylily Kid on the Block

I'm excited! Yesterday I received REDEFINING GENETICS from Bobby Baxter, a 2008 diploid intro, as well as TIME TO PLAY, which he says produces polytepalous seedlings. He states on his website that REDEFINING GENETICS "is over 90% polytepalous and is also an unusual form daylily that pinches and twists as the day goes by. Generally blooms in the 9" to 10" range on tall 38" scapes."

I like spiders & that looks VERY spidery! I'll be watching for your photos of it next year, I would love to see one where it twists.

Nancy, that is really a nice one. I love B. Baxter's new one, GOOD GIRLS DO, and I see he has a sale going on until today. Some good prices, especially A MOOSE FISHING ON A POND, etc. Some of you might want to take a good look at this and put in an order. Avedon
