Can Anyone ID This Fall Blooming Daylily?

I saw this daylily blooming in the flowerbed of my bank. There are lots of blooms and scapes. I am sure it is a common lily as they probably were planted by landscapers. I cant recall if they bloom in the spring or not.
Was hoping someone might recognize this one - other blooms look like they might want to double with an extra petal in the middle. Thanks for any help!
