| Just saw the 2010 intros posted on line for Avalonia Daylilies. If your a member of the AHS e-mail robin you will be very familiar with Larry and Mick Morry, a mother and son team. Both are very frequent posters to the robin. If not, then here is your introduction to a new fabulous northern hybridizer.
My personal favorite is the first one pictured, LE HAMEL.
They are up in Canada but also have a US distributor for their introductions. |

| I like Q&Q! I don't like that website format where the new intros are seen in a group, but the older flowers must be seen one by one. There are a lot of sites based on this model, and I look at the front page with new intros, then give up. |

| Well, I try not to comment on website designs, just daylilies. I personally don't much like the way websites done in frames are broken up. But I would never let a website design interfer if I wanted to order daylilies. These intros are not bad prices at all for new 2010 stuff. QUIRKS AND QUARKS is another that I love also. Its off to the left, you have to move the sliding baqr over, in case anyone did not notice it. |

Q. & Q. is for me too. This is sort of off topic but I like Karol Emmerich's website ! The info she provides is amazing - pictures of clumps, bare scapes and offpring - you can't beat that!!! But she does with reasonable prices! |
RE: scape pictures

| As far as I am concerned, the more information, the better. I also love the scape pictures that Karol adds to her website. I can't think of another hybridizer that does that. |

| Wow Q&Q just made it to my dream list too. I agree about Emmerich's site. It is well thought out. Kim |

| So, if the daylilies are hybridized in Ontario, Canada and sold in the US by Delano Daylilies in Tenn would the branching and budcount listed be for the point of origin in Canada or point of sale in Tenn? |

| Info on the Morry's website would be performance in Ottawa, Canada. If the numbers are different on the Delano Daylilies website I would assume that they are for daylilies grown in Tennessee. Edward PS When I eventually introduce a daylily I will quote stats for Nova Scotia and a southern test region (which will likely be South West Ontario. |
