Small but mighty, like the ruffles. Looks like the scapes are well above the foliage, that makes it a winner!

I like the color very much and, as stated, the fact that the blooms are held above the foliage. Do the flowers open a bit flatter? If it's a small flower one would hope to get as large a view of the bloom as possible. How tall is the overall plant?.........Maryl

Thank you for the nice comments. I have been trying to post but GW won't let me, can't figure out why. Hope this one goes thru. Maryl, the plant is a first year seedling and is about 15". I expect next year it will be taller. Marg

I actually like the shorter height on some of my petite daylilies (as long as the flowers are held above the foliage). They make a very nice smaller pot plant or front of the border specimen. Hope to see this again next year. Maybe the blooms will flatten out given more time.......Maryl
