Moved into a housing development 3 years ago, and the sign to the development is on my property. I was told by the builder that I have control over all the landscaping.

From the picture you can see Burning Bushes on either side of the sign, and behind them is forsythia. I hate the Pine Trees behind the sign and would like to replace them. Was also thinking about pulling the Forsythia out, and pushing the burning bushes back.

There really isnt anything special about our sign, and I would like to make it look nicer. Personally I love all flowering plants, and the sign definitely could use some color. Really not sure what to place behind the sign.

Any thoughts?
