Hoping I can get a little help with a common question. Privacy screen.

I live near a busy road. I would like a row of evergreen trees/shrubs about 200ft long. But... here are my requiremenst.

-Zone 5

-receives lots of salt spray

-is up on a hill, should be somewhat drought tolerance

-height is not too important, I just don't want it to get higher than 15ft max.

-spread, 3-6ft.

-Growth rate is not important.

I was thinking of a Juniperus scopulorum. Anyone have any ideas for me?
