need herbicide resistant plants

Landscape plants not food crops or weeds LOL. My next door neighbor used (overused actually) Weed n Feed and it killed off everything I had planted along/near the fence including some rare Japanese Morning Glories, White Hyacinth Bean, Cobaea Scandens, Heirloom Sweet Peas, and Purple Callirhoe Winecups. Needless to say I do NOT like my neighbor very much. :(

Anyone know of a list somewhere for landscape plants that are resistant to herbicides? My guess is that my best bets would be perennial shrubs, ornamental grasses, and bulbs in the lily family but I would like a more experienced opinion.
